If the issue centres on housing you can get advice from the Shelter website, or via their helpline. Shelter Helpline: 0808 8004444

Homeless UK

If you have become homeless many local support services (both voluntary and statutory) can be identified via the 'Homeless UK Services Search’ page.

Ukraine Advice Project UK

Ukraine Advice Project is a free service to connect Ukrainian citizens (and others fleeing Ukraine) with free legal advice on UK immigration, visas and asylum from qualified and regulated lawyers.

Aire Centre

For very complex cases you may wish to consider contacting the Aire Centre. The AIRE Centre is a specialist charity whose mission is to promote awareness of European law rights and assist marginalised individuals and those in vulnerable circumstances to assert those rights.

Advisers: Benefits Training Company

If you are a professional or advisor you may wish to access day courses and/or in-house training packages regarding EEA National benefits entitlement. The Benefits Training Company partners with Shelter to deliver these courses.
