You are eligible to claim Income Support if you are pregnant and any of the following apply:

• You are pregnant and incapable of work because of your pregnancy.
• You are pregnant and due to have your baby within the next 11 weeks.
• You have had a baby within the last 15 weeks.

If you have a partner who is looking for work then your partner should normally claim Jobseeker's Allowance for you both.
