What is it?
All people over 60 are entitled to free prescriptions and eye tests. If you live in Wales you are also entitled to free dental examinations.
Can I get it?
If you are aged 60 or over you qualify.
How do I claim?
Tell your pharmacist or optician that you are entitled to a free service, who will ask you to complete a declaration that you are exempt. For more information on free prescriptions and eye tests call the advice line on 0845 850 1166.
