Every year you should receive a 'P60' form from your employer. Your gross annual earnings are shown on your P60, as indicated by the red circle below.

Your P60 also shows the amount of tax and National Insurance you paid you paid that year and your net earnings after these deductions. In the example shown there are no deductions, as the person earns less than the annual tax allowance.
